If you can afford it, Thawte is good. But end of the day, the technology is similar. You just have to consider the following:
1. Browser support. How many browsers come with the CA cert already installed. This means as little a proportion of people will get a warning even when you have a SSL cert.
2. To a very limited extent, brandname. End of the day, the encyption technology is largely the same. It boils down to when someone views that lock icon, whether they would recognise the certificate authority. Realistically, most people don't check.
3. Taking the above in consideration, what's the cost? For example Thawte may support 0.2% more browsers, but cost 3 times the price . Personally I wouldn't consider it as a worthwhile cost.
Of the 3 you listed, I would go with Geotrust or Thawte (if I have too much money).
